Q: why does my gift card keep getting denied

A: Hi - thanks for reaching out. You should be able to use your multi-use Spafinder Gift Card where you would normally pay with a credit card (enter the 16-digit number, 3-digit security code, 4-digit expiration date, and use your name as the "cardholder" - it should authorize up to the balance on the gift card - if you want to spend more than the gift card balance I would suggest first converting your Spafinder Gift Card into a corresponding Shop Live Love Spa gift card - this provides the flexibility to split your payment with another credit card - more information on the following link - livelovespa.com/pages/spa-finder - Thanks, Scott
