For most standard tubs, that means cold plunge-ready water in about an hour. Precise digital temperature control lets you set your exact target and the H3 holds it there with no drift, no guesswork, and no thermometer checks mid-session. The patented bend-and-stay insulated hose-arm clicks into the top of the chiller, dips into the tub water, and continuously draws bathwater through the unit, chills it, and returns it to the tub in a closed loop. How To Use Steps
